Order Cancellation Policies
Order Cancellation Policy (Non-Custom)
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours prior to order date will receive store credit for the full
amount paid.
Orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to order date will not receive any credit or refund.
Custom Cake Cancellation Policy
Custom cake orders require payment in full or $200 deposit, whichever is less. Orders with
a deposit must be paid in full 14 days prior to order date.
Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to order date will receive store credit for the full
amount paid, minus the cost of any special supplies purchased specifically for the order.
Orders cancelled less than 7 days prior to order date will not receive any credit or refund.
Catering Cancellation Policy
Catering orders require payment in full or $200 deposit, whichever is less. Order with a

Additional Notes:
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order confirmation to ensure all details are correct. The order will be made exactly as shown on the order confirmation, not based on any verbal discussions. If there are any typos, omissions, or errors in the order confirmation, the customer must contact Sweet Hearts Patisserie immediately and reference the order number to make necessary corrections. Any unreported discrepancies may result in the order being made incorrectly, and Sweet Hearts Patisserie will not be held responsible.
Due to the edible nature of our products, there are limitations on what colors we are able to create for cakes and decorations - we cannot guarantee exact color matches, but will do our best to match your theme.
Once a cake or dessert is picked up and leaves our shop, it is assumed to be accepted as it is, and we cannot accommodate any alterations or special requests after the fact. We are not responsible for our products after they leave the shop.
As flavor and texture preference is subjective, we are unable to give refunds for products based on dislike - although we want all of our clients to be thrilled with their purchase, there are times a purchase may not meet expectations. In that case we suggest you purchase something different next time or ask our staff to assist you in selecting something to accommodate your personal preferences.
If you feel there is a quality issue with your order, please bring it back to the store for us to evaluate, and we may then be able to offer a refund or replacement. Any errors made on our part will be taken care of to the best of our ability.
